Waiting Room DVDs inform and entertain patients and remind them of your credentials and services. They can also have a dramatic impact on your profits.
Since 1996 MJD has led the way with Procedure Presentations based on our Patient-Friendly procedure brochures.
Since then, over 800 offices have have installed our systems to increase consultations and procedures. Patients and staff members agree that our soothing music or silence is preferred. They found that repetitive voice tracks tend to annoy the staff and patients that don't wish to hear the content. Our text format is engageing even with the music turned off.

Today, many of our clients have already added a big plasma screen TV to their waiting rooms to show our professional looping DVD presentations to their patients. Naturally, the size of those screens varies with the size of the waiting room. That is why we also offer Digital Presentation Viewers for use in exam rooms. Why do video presentations work so well?
What could be easier? We have all been trained from childhood to watch TV. Once in your waiting room patients are your captive audience. You know they are interested since they are already in your office. Place a DVD/TV in your waiting room and show them what you want them to learn about. Patient education is key – Studies have shown that most patients don't understand good credentials, aesthetic procedures or the other services you're now offering.
