"MJD's DVDs are easy to use and run constantly in our waiting room on a 52" monitor. Our patients find them educational and entertaining. In fact many of them have even requested additional procedures after watching them in our reception area."
-Steven B. Hopping, M.D., Cosmetic Surgeon, Past president American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery
"I would go so far as to say that your presentations have not only made a difference, but literally are the difference. We are so excited about this internal marketing that we are placing them in each of our 25 exam rooms."
-Parker Eales, Administrator, Central Dermatology Center

Since 1996 MJD has led the way with Procedure Presentations based on our Patient-Friendly procedure brochures.
Since then, over 800 offices have installed our systems to increase consultations and procedures. Patients and staff members agree that our soothing music or silence is preferred. They found that repetitive voice tracks tend to annoy the staff and patients that don't wish to hear the content. Our text format is engaging even with the music turned off. Those offices with music can simply turn our music down or off.
Our DVD format was developed for those practices with Flat Screen TVs. Many offices play them in the exam rooms equiped with small flat TVs with built in DVD players. They are now available on USB for use in "Smart TVs".
DVD or USB with up to five procedures is $599.00.
Each additional procedure is $60.00
Optional Three Slide Introduction is $250.00
Today, many of our clients have already added a big plasma screen TV to their waiting rooms to show our professional looping DVD presentations to their patients. Naturally, the size of those screens varies with the size of the waiting room. That is why we also offer Digital Presentation Viewers for use in exam rooms. If you haven't added these systems yet, maybe now is the time.
Why do video presentations work so well?
What could be easier? We have all been trained from childhood to watch TV. Once in your waiting room patients are your captive audience. You know they are interested since they are already in your office. Place a DVD/TV in your waiting room and show them what you want them to learn about. A looping DVD from MJD will build your credentials and advertising into your waiting room educational experience so you can take advantage of this most desirable situation.
Patient education is key – Studies have shown that most patients don't understand good credentials, aesthetic procedures or the other services you're now offering. When done properly, without voiceover that eventually will antagonize your staff; a looped DVD of a practice presentation and a mix of procedure presentations complete with before and after images is the most stimulating product you'll ever place in your waiting room. It will lead to many more questions and consults than you ever thought possible.
Stimulates more requests for additional information - Many patients are embarrassed to pick up a cosmetic brochure in front of others in the waiting room. The text and images in DVDs provide a great deal of information that will help patients better understand each procedure and shorten your consultation times. Our DVDs have proven to be effective tools for those patients who were initially hesitant to read brochures but are now in need of more information and a consultation with you.
Convert medical “patients” into "cosmetic patients" – Waiting room Looping Procedure DVDs are the most convenient and effective way to “cross-sell” patients who are visiting you for medical reasons. They already like you but didn't know that you also offered new services until they watched your DVD. Our Procedure Presentations have proven to be a powerful visual medium that stimulates the interest of your existing patients at a much higher rate and a lower cost than conventional advertising such as print, radio and even direct mail.
